Immunefi came to KOI with a singular mission: elevate user engagement while establishing a world-class interface that would set the benchmark for the entire Web3 ecosystem. The challenges were unmistakable:

How We Made It Happen

We began with data-driven discovery, analyzing existing user behavior and engagement metrics to pinpoint exactly where the experience was breaking down. Through strategic workshops with the Immunefi team, we identified high-impact opportunities to position them as the definitive choice for bug bounty programs in Web3 security.


Our approach combined brand strategy with product design. We developed a visual language that reflected Immunefi's forward-thinking position: bold color systems, confident typography, and visual storytelling that transformed dense security information into scannable, digestible content. Every design decision served dual purposes: capturing attention while reducing cognitive load.
